VisuateInc was founded on a simple but powerful observation: some of the world's greatest founders are systematically underfunded because of who they are, where they come from, or how they communicate.
We exist to change that. Our firm deploys seed capital into companies that are building something genuinely new — and we actively seek out founders whose perspectives are underrepresented in venture.

Investment Criteria
What We Look For
We are sector-agnostic at the seed stage. We care more about the founder's clarity of vision, the uniqueness of their insight, and the size of the opportunity than we do about the vertical.
Stage
Pre-seed and Seed. We typically write the first institutional check. Average initial check size is $250K to $1M.
Sectors
Enterprise SaaS, Healthcare, Fintech, Education, Future of Work, and Climate Tech. Bias toward software-enabled business models.
Geography
Primarily US-based, with selective investments in the UK, Canada, and Africa. We invest in founders, not zip codes.
Our Differentiator
We actively seek founders from underrepresented groups. More than half of our portfolio companies are led by women, people of color, or first-generation immigrants.
